The first 2 steps happen together. To execute a contract we have to know what our designs are going to be on the logo and stage. During the contract phase we will throw out ideas for the event. Once we have a theme that fits the conference we draw up the contract. Now we get to the fun part. Logo, Stage, and Web design is very important. Your Logo is your calling card. The website is your sales tool to get people to the conference. Your stage will be based off the logo to reinforce the ideas being presented.

Web site design must match the tone of the event. We will need your guest speakers info, schedule of events, sponsors, hotel info, map, and registration information. We routinely insert twitter directly in to the web site. This lets you have a direct link to the front of the event web site page 24/7. Your attendees can follow you with their phones and you can update it with yours. This creates the world’s largest paging system. After approval of the web site we move the web site and registration online.
Stage set construction begins and onsite logistics are worked out. Site visits are sometimes necessary. While onsite we will work out the floor plan, plan for signage, placement of kiosk, booths, fixtures, rental equipment, Check stage setup, and meet the onsite coordinator. We do not have to have an onsite visit. If the venues cad drawings are up to date we can construct everything from those, but we recommend a site visit for a worry free install.
Now the magic happens. Depending on the size of the event our crew will arrive 24 to 48 hr. out to begin installation of the stage and get rental equipment in place. You have the option to include in your contract a recap video. If you choose to exercise that option. We upload those photos to the event web site. There you attendees can go and download any of these photos they want. There is no extra charge for this. Fun photos reinforce great memories, and our job is to make sure the attendees have great memories.
After the event is over. You have the option to include in your contract surveys, and videos of the event. If you choose to exercise those option. They are uploaded to the website and remain there until the end of the contract. Thanks for Stopping by, now let’s go do something special!
